Another Group in Newcastle Prepares for Lifestyle Change Period

Peter Pratt of Diabetic Health Clinic coached another group of people at Warabrook this afternoon as they prepared for the intensive lifestyle change starting on Friday, 6th of October. The attendees considered a number of scenarios that could potentially derail them from achieving their goals of reversing diabetes, reaching their optimal weight and boosting their immune system. The next session will be run on Saturday 7th of October from 7 pm to 9 pm and it will be repeated on Sunday 8th of October from 3 pm to 5 pm. This 12-week lifestyle education program is free of charge to all attendees but donations to defray the costs are always welcome.

Final Preparation for the Intensive Lifestyle Change Period

Diabetic Health Clinic, Session 7 with Peter Pratt at Warabrook, Newcastle, NSW. Next week we are starting with either “clean eating” (a combination of juicing and unprocessed food) or juicing.

We have taken this 30-day journey with 40-50 people last year and, all we can say, it’s been a life-changing experience. What it does to one’s health, and even the way we see ourselves is nothing short of amazing. For this reason, our team at 4D Living – Lifestyle Health Clinic have decided to make this program available to the public free of charge.

We hope many people in our community will regain their health through this amazing program.
